Payment and Shipping Methods

Credit card

We accept credit card payments on major brands. We parcel in up to 6x without interest.

Purchases made with a credit card will undergo an analysis by the financial institution. After analyzing these data and within a period of up to 2 working days, the request is approved or rejected.

 

Bank transfer

If you wish to pay via transfer, please send an email tocontato@oririo.com informing the part, color and shipping address. We will send your bank details by email.

*After analysis of stock availability, the part will be reserved for 2 calendar days. The purchase will be processed upon receipt of proof of transfer and identification of the same in our account.

 

Shipping

We work with the Sedex and Sedex 10 options and the shipping cost will be charged according to the place of delivery, weight and volume of the packaged product according to the value table of the Post Office. The Sedex 10 option is not available for all zip codes.
To know the value and estimated shipping time for each method, you must place your products in the cart by clicking on the BUY button and enter your zip code in the DELIVERY field in the order summary.
To the period informed at the time of purchase, you must add 2 working days for processing and shipping the order. The deadlines informed are the responsibility of the Post Office, and start counting from the approval of the order and confirmation of payment (credit card within 48 hours).
Orders placed and approved by 11:00 am will be processed from the next business day and orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed from the first business day following confirmation of payment.
It is worth emphasizing that, in relation to the delivery period, small external unforeseen events may arise that imply possible delays. In these cases, we will notify customers.

The possible reasons for the delay in your delivery are: the customer's absence at the delivery address registered on the website; incorrect or incomplete registration address; address change; eventualities inherent to the performance, such as natural accidents, general strikes, demonstrations and/or any other force majeure. Therefore, it is very important that you carefully monitor your order using the tracking code provided by email.
