Exchanges and Returns
We guarantee a quality product and we try to have on our website photos that faithfully portray our products, with detailed descriptions in order to exceed our customers' expectations and minimize the intention of exchange. If you have any questions about any product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +55 21 99800.9746. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
If you still need to exchange or return your product, please email@example.com, put in the subject Exchange or Return and inform the order code and the reason. For exchange, the term is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the product. The deadline for requesting the return of the order is 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the order.
The products to be exchanged or returned must have the label, in perfect condition, in its original packaging with all the accessories that come with it and without any sign of use.
When we receive your part, it will be sent for review so we can certify that the above standards have been met.
Products sent in disagreement with these will be returned and the right to exchange or refund forfeited.
The cost of shipping for return or exchange is at your expense, except when the error is ours. Instructions will be sent by email.
* If you have entered the wrong address and it is not possible to change it in time before we ship and the order returns to our address, the shipping will be on your account.
Chargebacks will be made after receiving and analyzing the product at our company.
If the purchase was made by credit card, we will contact the company responsible for the E-commerce transitions and we will ask for the purchase to be refunded as soon as possible. As soon as we receive the proof, we will send it to you.
If the purchase was made by transfer, it will be necessary for the customer to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and providing your bank details for the refund to be made. After this step we will send the receipt by email.
* If the products show any indication of use, they will be returned to the customer and the purchase cannot be reversed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ANALYSIS
In case of defect, the claim may occur within 90 days after receipt of the purchase. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The product will undergo an analysis within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days for the solution. If there is no repair of the product or another equal product in stock to replace, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
A ORI Rio exempts itself from changing or repairing any product that has been found to be misused.
